Where can you buy a 75ft (atleast) cable dog run online? I have found some but they don't post to Australia

My dog spends most of the day inside with me as he spends all day sleeping on my bed, or sitting on my lap while I am working. When he goes outside he becomes really naughty and digs his way out and roams the neighbourhood, and especially loves going across the road and rounding up the cattle. I keep blocking him but he finds new ways to get out. I am so scared he is going to be hit by a car, so I thought maybe get him a dog run for the times he wants to go out and sunbake and run. I don't like tying dogs up so I want a really long one where he can pretty much use the whole length of my big yard. I can't find any in australia, and the ones I find in america don't deliver here. Anyone had the same sort of problems? He is a fox terrier. Thanks

I'm not sure about online, but we bought a length of cable from the local hardware store. It's about 100 feet long. We hooked it between two large trees, and attached a runner with another long cable to it. Our dog can now roam most of our yard without feeling like she's been tied up. The whole deal cost about $35.
